The staff here are extremely friendly, the location is convenient to various parts of the town, the beds and TV are very comfortable, and there are useful amenities like tea/coffee-making facilities and a desk provided.

The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and reasonably large, it had 2 queen size beds. Everything was great, I really enjoyed that. Its location in Ottumwa was marvellous, just next door to different areas, In Ottumwa, and restaurants. The staff were really helpful and helpful and made me feel comfortable.

The location of this place is great, right in the heart of Jackson. 🏙️ Plus, you can easily access different parts of the town and plenty of restaurants are nearby for convenience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was extra nice and always had a smiling face. They helped me with late check-out and even assisted me in getting delivery. The room was large and spacious, perfect for my 2-year-old granddaughter to move around comfortably. The hotel's location was great for traveling around the city, especially during the looming weather threat that thankfully did not happen. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the pool and breakfast area. The staff truly knows how to treat their guests.
